CANCELLATION POLICY

Glow Aesthetics Studio requires a card on file for all appointments. Cancellations & No-Shows: No-shows, cancellations, or reschedule requests made within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment will be charged a 100% no-show/cancellation fee based on your total service price. Your deposit will be applied toward this fee; any remaining balance will be charged to your card on file. Grace Period: A 10-minute grace period is allowed after your scheduled appointment time. After 10 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled and treated as a no-show, subject to the full 100% fee. To Avoid Fees: Please cancel or reschedule your appointment more than 48 hours in advance. Emergencies: Genuine emergencies are handled case-by-case and may be eligible for rescheduling rather than forfeiture. Deposit: Following your Skin Audit consultation, a $50 deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit reflects the time and personalized assessment provided during your Skin Audit and is non-refundable once paid, regardless of when your appointment is later cancelled or rescheduled.
